The steps to assessing the needs of the clients and steps to searching plans for the client and enrollment applications is clearly demonstrated. I attended the two-day New Agent Training month ago and again this month. Whatever was repeated was helpful to hear again and allowed real time for questions. Also clear, that even only in a month the information was evolving and fresh with new discussions.
